Personal data processing
The customer undertakes to provide the correct personal data necessary for the processing of the order. LEADE s.r.o. as the e-shop operator www.boldbros.com processes personal information of the Customer in order to fulfill its obligations to the Customer arising from the Purchase Contract and the Contract of Carriage or under the pre-contractual relationship with the Customer as well as for its marketing purposes.
LEADE s.r.o. process personal data in accordance with the relevant legislation, in particular Act no. 122/2013 Z.z. on the Protection of Personal Data as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "Personal Data Protection Act"). LEADE s.r.o. agrees that Customer's personal data will not be used for other purposes, in particular will not be made available to third parties except for the company providing transportation under the GTC.
LEADE s.r.o. process personal data of the Customer to the following extent: first name, surname, e-mail address, address of domicile, address of delivery, billing address, telephone number. LEADE s.r.o. will process the Customer's personal data if they are provided by an agreement within the meaning of these GBCs on the basis of the cooperation of the parties. The provision of personal data is voluntary.
The legal basis for the processing of personal data for the purpose of fulfilling the concluded contract or in the framework of pre-contractual relations with the Customer is § 10 par. Article 3 b) of the Personal Data Protection Act. In the event of failure to provide data, the contract will not be concluded.
By submitting an order in accordance with these GTC or by sending a request through www.boldbros.com, the Customer grants a voluntary consent to the processing of personal data for marketing purposes www.boldbros.com. The validity of consent is two years. The consent to the processing of personal data may be withdrawn at any time. This consent may be withdrawn by the Customer by a written "withdrawal of consent" sent by registered mail to the address of LEADE s.r.o. or sent to info@boldbros.com. By declaring a subscription box, the Customer may withdraw consent to the sending of offers, this opt-out will be available to him in each specific e-mail. The customer can ask for information about the current offer at www.boldbros.com at any time.
Personal data will be retained during the period of validity of the Customer's consent with the processing of personal data, during the existence of the purpose of processing personal data.
The Customer has the right in connection with the processing of his or her personal data:
a) require confirmation of whether or not its personal data are processed,
b) require information on the source of personal data,
c) require a list of personal data which is the subject of processing,
d) for the repair or removal of incorrect, incomplete or outdated personal data,
e) for the destruction of personal data whose processing purposes have ended
f) for the liquidation of personal data, if there has been a violation of the law,
g) to block personal data by reason of withdrawal of consent prior to expiry of its period of validity, if personal data are processed under consent,
h) and other rights under Section 28 of the Personal Data Protection Act.
