Complaints about goods

Complaints can be made by mail to the address: LEADE s.r.o., Levicka 7, 94901 Nitra or by filling out the form to return the goods and complaints. When making a complaint under the statutory warranty, the buyer is obliged to submit to the seller:

- original proof of purchase,

- an accompanying letter stating the reason for the product complaint,

- complete data, including email and telephone number, so that we can inform the buyer about the progress of the complaint,

- in case of acknowledgment of the complaint, state whether he requests an exchange of goods or a refund, in the case of a request for a refund, state the account number to which the amount is to be transferred.

The seller will handle the complaint of the goods immediately, in more complex cases within 30 days from the beginning of the complaint procedure. The seller will notify the buyer of the result of handling the complaint within the legal period in writing (by email, post).

Complaints will be reviewed by LEADE s.r.o. and reviewed according to the Act on Consumer Protection No. 250/2007 Coll. and in accordance with the company's Complaints Rules.
