If you wish to arrange for goods to be returned, please contact customer services on quoting your order number and reason for return or fill up form bellow. Instructions on how to return your order to us will be provided. Once we receive the returned product, we will replace or refund as required.
Please note:
Goods must be returned in good and unused condition, carefully repacked in the original packaging. We strongly recommend that you request and retain proof posting for any items returned. We cannot consider a claim for returned goods lost in transit without one. No returns will be accepted at our warehouse, unless pre-authorised as stated above.

Complaints will be reviewed by LEADE s.r.o. and reviewed according to the Act on Consumer Protection No. 250/2007 Coll. and in accordance with the company's Complaints Rules.
